The Chief Financial Officer helps frame financial planning, stewardship thinking, budget structure, and sustainability guidance for OpenWorlds.
Responsibilities
- Support financial planning and sustainability thinking
- Help structure responsible budget and resource considerations
- Provide financial clarity for leadership decisions
Required Skills
- Financial planning or strategic budgeting experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly around constraints and tradeoffs
Preferred Skills
- Startup finance, nonprofit finance, or operational budgeting experience
