The Chief Operating Officer helps shape internal operating rhythm, contributor coordination, planning flow, and execution discipline across OpenWorlds.
Responsibilities
- Support internal operations and cross-team coordination
- Improve contributor workflows and execution follow-through
- Help leadership maintain clarity across ongoing initiatives

- Strong communication and prioritization ability
- Experience coordinating teams or systems

- Startup, product, community, or online organization operations experience
