The Executive Strategic & Advisory Board supports OpenWorlds with governance guidance, strategic planning, project direction, growth framing, and high-level advisory oversight during active development.
Responsibilities
- Advise on strategic direction and platform growth priorities
- Support organizational maturity and governance clarity
- Provide structured guidance on cross-branch planning
- Review high-impact decisions with long-term perspective
Required Skills
- Leadership or advisory experience in teams, projects, communities, or organizations
- Strong communication, judgment, and long-term planning ability
- Comfort operating in a collaborative volunteer environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in product strategy, operations, business growth, or organizational leadership
- Background in games, creator platforms, UGC ecosystems, or online communities
